RIEPE NFLY (RI 004) – Release Agent
Product description
Release agent Riepe is used in edgebanding machines. It has diverse usage.
Usage:
- helps to remove adhesive residues
- protects the material from damage
- avoids marking
Characteristics:
NFLY is a green liquid agent based on ethanol. It is compatible with all commercially available edge bands and adhesives.

Application:
You can intermittently apply the agent to the pressure roller. Adhesive residues cannot adhere to the rollers.
You may also spray directly onto the surface of the edgeband. Sprayed edge/protective foil automatically transfers the release agent to the slide shoes. It avoids marking and damage. Protective film is protected and not removed from the edge.
Direct application onto the DUO scraper or to the tooling is possible too. It prevents fouling of the trimmers.

Packaging and storage:
Keep container tightly closed. Store in cool and dry place.
Available in 10 L and 30 L.
